I was swept away by the embrace of love received through many concrete gestures:  the work of the guys, the smiling faces of the parents and the youth committed to serving others, each person silently overcome with so much emotion, the readiness of everyone to have patience for the little unexpected daily happenings. One breathed in a unity and a serenity that were, not only the fruit of our work, but a real presence of God in the midst of us. I’m already ready for the next year. Thanks!

The Festival of Life is a great event of the Holy Spirit and of grace for the Community and for many families. It has always been for me an eagerly awaited event to attend, and I want to live it with you all this year.

Every year I come to the Festival of Life, and at the moment when I have to return home, I would like to stay with you and continue this festival that, for a few days, makes me forget about the ugly things of the world. It’s very beautiful to see how faith is stronger than everything and that there are young people like me who share my values. I thank you for the very beautiful experiences that you give me every time. A hug for everybody!

This is the third year that we participated in the Festival of Life and that we return home with our heart overflowing with joy, hope, and faith. Thank you for the love of life that you give to us. For many of us, all this is like a ray of sun that illuminates, warms, and glows. A strong embrace for all the Community!

After sharing the days of the Festival of Life with you, I can only say “thank you” to you guys and girls for your testimonies, because you show us that we can all resurrect in Christ and that He never abandons us! I thank the Lord for the miracles that He permits us to see looking at your faces! Every time that I come to one of your gatherings, you remind me that we never stop needing Jesus, who is the only One that gives true joy!

Thanks for this stupendous day of intense faith. I’ve participated in many retreats and pilgrimages, but I’ve never experienced the strong emotion that I felt during the Adoration. I had the impression that Jesus was looking right inside me, and that He took away the pain I felt trying to help my daughter, pain that I was never able to overcome. I returned home with a serenity and peace with myself that I had never felt before.
